You configure a margin floor per lane or globally. Any carrier bid that falls below that floor is automatically rejected before reaching a dispatcher. The load moves to the next eligible carrier in the configured sequence.

What happens when every carrier rejects a load?

When all carriers decline or do not respond within the configured window, the load falls back automatically based on your settings: load board posting, manual dispatch queue, or an alert to the dispatcher. The fallback is configured per lane.

What is the difference between bidding and tendering?

Bidding is for spot freight where no contract rate exists and carriers compete on price. Tendering is for contracted lanes where the rate is already agreed and LoadStop sends the load directly to the carrier. LoadStop automates both.
